About

Neda is a highly experienced Physiotherapist with both an academic and clinical background. Her clinical expertise includes both Pelvic Health physiotherapy as well as in Orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal conditions, across all ages and stages. Her pelvic care includes the full scope of pelvic health conditions, including women's and men's health topics and incontinence, pregnancy and postpartum, as well as pelvic girdle pain. She also has a special interest in spinal conditions, particularly chronic low back pain and degenerative cervical myelopathy (a form of chronic neck pain), drawing on both her clinical experience and research background.

She completed her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy, before further advancing her training earning a PhD in Health and Exercise Science from Concordia University. She subsequently completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at McGill University, where she continued to develop her expertise in rehabilitation science and evidence-based practice. 

With a strong foundation in both research and clinical care, she integrates the latest scientific evidence into personalized treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes for her patients.

Neda is known for her attentive, compassionate approach and her ability to create a comfortable and supportive environment for all of her patients. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, and reading.  She looks forward to meeting you, and helping you on your way to feeling your very best!
