Nidhi Parmar
About
Nidhi’s journey into physiotherapy began when her grandfather was hospitalized after a stroke. Witnessing the physiotherapists aid his recovery ignited her passion for the field. Driven by a desire to help people not only regain their original shape but improve beyond it, Nidhi’s treatment philosophy centers on both curing and preventing injuries. She emphasizes the importance of mobility, flexibility, strength, and endurance in injury prevention.
Nidhi is dedicated to providing a holistic and patient-centric approach. She takes time to understand her patients’ needs and educates them about their conditions, treatments, and preventive measures to enhance their independence. Utilizing a variety of manual techniques and exercises, she aims to improve treatment outcomes.
Continuously seeking to enhance her knowledge, Nidhi has completed certifications in MDT training, Pelvic Physiotherapy, and Concussion Management. Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen, finding gratification in both her culinary and therapeutic successes. Nidhi aspires to collaborate with expert physiotherapists to further her knowledge and support more people in their health journeys.
