Rachel Jones
About
Rachel completed her Master's in Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta after graduating from the University of Ottawa with an Honors Degree in Human Kinetics in 2021. During her degree in Ottawa, she had the opportunity to work closely with college level athletes in a variety of sports including Basketball and Volleyball.
Rachel is passionate about incorporating evidence based practice into her treatment approach. With a range of techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription and education, Rachel hopes to eduacate and empower her clients to become partners in their rehabilitation journey.
Rachel is born and raised in Calgary and recently returned to the city to start her career. She enjoys being active and participating in various outdoor activities including hiking, snowboarding, skating and paddleboarding.
