About

Riddhi is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong foundation in musculoskeletal, neurological, and women’s health. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from SNDT University, India, in 2013 and has been committed to helping individuals improve their quality of life since.

To further enhance her expertise in exercise programs, she completed a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion in London, Ontario, in 2018. She is certified in pelvic health therapy and is interested in expanding her skills with continuing education in pelvic health and dry needling in the future.

Riddhi takes pride in delivering a combination of evidence based techniques and individualized approaches to help her patients achieve their functional goals.

Outside of the clinic, Riddhi enjoys playing badminton, traveling, hiking and spends her leisure time immersed in music and painting.
