About

Ruchi is a dedicated and compassionate physiotherapist with international education and hands-on experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, exercise therapy, and patient-centered care. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Gujarat University, graduating from S.B.B. College of Physiotherapy in 2021. Since then, Ruchi has continued to evolve her skills and expand her clinical expertise both in India and Canada.
 
Her clinical approach combines strong foundational knowledge with personalized care. She specializes in musculoskeletal injuries, pain management, post-operative rehabilitation, and return-to-function programs. With a unique background in physiotherapy and fitness training, she bridges the gap between rehab and active wellness — helping patients not only recover but thrive in their daily activities.
 
Ruchi’s areas of interest include shoulder and knee rehabilitation, posture correction, strength building, and work conditioning programs tailored for physically demanding jobs. She believes in empowering her patients through education, customized exercises, and a supportive healing environment.
 
She is fluent in English, Hindi, Gujarati, which allows her to connect easily with a wide range of patients. Her warm personality and deep sense of responsibility ensure her patients feel heard, respected, and motivated throughout their recovery journey.
