About

Sabrina is a qualified Occupational Therapist registered to practice in the Province of Ontario by the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She is a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.

Sabrina is a Certified WorkWell Systems Functional Capacity Evaluator. She is trained in the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) and has completed post-graduate continuing education courses in the areas of cognitive assessment and treatment, concussion, cancer rehab and chronic pain. Sabrina performs in-home assessments, hospital discharge planning, job site and ergonomic assessments, pre-employment screens, cognitive abilities evaluations and treatment, and functional capacity evaluations.

Sabrina provides assessment and treatment of individuals who are experiencing difficulties performing essential tasks of daily living due to illness and/or injury, and assists them to successfully return to gainful employment and/or their normal activities of daily living.
