Sarah Ferguson
About
Sarah earned her Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Alberta in 2024, following a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She worked as a Kinesiologist at Lifemark for three years and has over five years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
She emphasizes exercise therapy, tailoring programs to clients’ fitness levels and lifestyles to make movement enjoyable. She integrates soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, and tissue release techniques to help manage symptoms and enhance outcomes.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah is an avid skier, hiker, and gym-goer. Sarah loves to travel and has lived in three U.S. states, two Canadian provinces, and Australia. She’s also a big animal lover and enjoys seeing photos of clients’ pets.
