About

Shawn moved to Halifax from Newfoundland to venture into a new career in alternative health. After suffering from chronic pain due to sports injuries, he decided he needed a change. Shawn has worked and volunteered as a personal trainer at the YMCA, however now his focus is on massage therapy. He has worked primarily in the field of chronic pain and sports massage, but has a passion for all types of injuries.

Shawn’s active lifestyle includes weight training and cross training. In his spare time, he can be found shopping for fresh and local foods at the market and health food stores.
