About

Simisola is a dedicated physiotherapist with extensive experience in patient care, gained through years of clinical practice in both Nigeria and Canada. She has developed strong hands-on skills working with a diverse patient population across musculoskeletal, neurological, and occupational health settings.Committed to lifelong learning, she plans to further advance her expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy through specialized training with the Canadian Orthopedic Division of Physiotherapy.

Her treatment approach integrates manual therapy, functional dry needling, and exercise therapy, with a strong emphasis on return to function. Simisola is passionate about patient education and actively involves her clients in their recovery, promoting self-management strategies for sustainable, long-term outcomes.

In addition to her clinical work, Simisola is a certified workstation evaluator. She has supported computer-intensive workers in reducing the risk of work-related musculoskeletal injuries by combining clinical expertise with practical, ergonomic solutions to enhance workplace health.

Outside the clinic, Simisola enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, watching cooking competition shows, experimenting with new recipes, and exploring nature.
