About

Sonali is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master’s degree in Community Rehabilitation, bringing a strong foundation in patient-centered care and functional recovery. She has experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation.

She takes an individualized, evidence-based approach to treatment, combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and education to help patients achieve their goals. She has a particular interest in lower extremity injuries, spinal conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation.

Sonali is passionate about empowering her patients through active rehabilitation and focuses on improving strength, mobility, and long-term injury prevention. Sonali strives to create a supportive and motivating environment to help patients return to their daily activities with confidence.
