Stephanie MacDougall
About
Stephanie completed her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2014. Prior to that, she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at Dalhousie University. She has extensive experience in a busy private orthopaedic clinic, dealing with a variety of acute and chronic injuries. Stephanie has taken additional post-graduate education courses in soft-tissue release, acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada, Aquatic Therapy, Spinal Cord Injury Management, and is currently working towards her Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy.
Stephanie is passionate about helping her clients. She strongly believes in having her clients play an active role in their rehabilitation through a combination of education, individualized therapeutic exercises, and manual-therapy techniques.
