About
Sukhmanjot’s journey as a physiotherapist began with a simple belief that movement is medicine and a deep-seated commitment to alleviating physical suffering. After earning a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the prestigious Christian Medical College in India.
Before joining Lifemark, Sukhman gained high-level experience practicing at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) and later integrated into the Canadian healthcare landscape as a Physiotherapist Assistant in British Columbia. This international and local background provides Sukhman with a versatile perspective on rehabilitation.
Driven by the reward of seeing patients reclaim their mobility, Sukhman employs a patient-centered approach that bridges the gap between rigorous evidence-based research and compassionate, individualized care.
She can speak English, Punjabi, Hindi. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys reading and exploring new ideas.
