Tania Dorkhom

Kinesiologist

About

Tania holds a Bachelor of Kinesiology and has a strong passion for movement, rehabilitation, and helping others stay active. During her time at the University of New Brunswick, she worked closely with the varsity track and field team as a student physiotherapist, assisting with injury prevention, rehabilitation, and athlete performance. This experience deepened her understanding of biomechanics, exercise prescription, and the importance of individualized care.

Tania is dedicated to teaching clients how to move safely and efficiently, whether they are recovering from an injury or looking to improve their overall well-being. She believes in the power of exercise as a tool for long-term health and enjoys helping people build confidence in their movement.

Outside of work, Tania stays active through strength training, and exploring walking trails. She loves spending time outdoors and believes in practicing what she preaches—staying active is not just a job, but is a way of life.
