Tasia Holmes

Registered Clinical Counsellor

About

Tasia is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Victoria. Her background includes five years as a Specialized Child and Youth Worker in group homes and three years as a Community Support Worker in a transition house for men with brain injuries. These experiences have shaped Tasia's ability to offer a grounded, steady, and compassionate presence in her work with clients.

She approaches counselling with the understanding that life can be complex, emotional, and at times overwhelming—and that we are not meant to navigate these challenges alone. Tasia provides a non-judgmental space where clients are met with empathy, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard.

In her work at Lifemark View Royal, Tasia supports clients navigating a wide range of concerns including stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, health-related challenges, and relationship difficulties. Rooted in a person-centered framework, sessions are primarily client led with emphasis on self-exploration, insight, and the development of practical tools to support emotional well-being.

Together, you will explore the underlying patterns - both conscious and unconscious -  that shape your internal experience and relationships. Through this process, you gain greater clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself and your values.
