Todd graduated from the Dalhousie School of Physiotherapy in 1989. Todd has worked in the areas of acute and chronic injury management and occupational rehabilitation for the past 28 years. He has been both the chair of the Nova Scotia College of Physiotherapists and the chair of the Practice Standards Committee.
