About

Vanessa graduated from a 2200 hour Massage Therapy diploma program in Halifax (2009), is registered with the College of Massage Therapist's of Ontario, and is a member of the Massage Therapist's Association of Alberta. Vanessa is interested in movement based therapy, and is certified in RAPID Neurofascial Reset, as well as Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST level 1). Vanessa has been practicing in a rehabilitative setting for 10 years, treating an assortment of musculoskeletal conditions. 

As a child growing up in a small town in Ontario, Vanessa was exposed to and excelled in a wide range of sports. As a teenager, Vanessa was a competitor and member of the National Tennis Association. Having been active since an early age, Vanessa has a true appreciation for the benefits of unrestricted movement and the importance of being injury free.
 
When she's not in her massage room, you can find Vanessa trying out a new sport, spending time with her dog, or volunteering at the humane society.
