About

Dr. Vinnie Sara is an evidence-based chiropractor who provides personalized, goal-oriented care to support each patient’s unique needs. She obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. 

She brings a diverse skill set that includes chiropractic adjustments, myofascial release, TMJ treatment, joint mobilizations, individualized rehabilitation programs, pelvic health support, shockwave therapy, custom-made orthotics, and ergonomic guidance.

Dr. Vinnie Sara is a strong advocate for holistic, patient-centered care, recognizing the important role physical, psychological, and social factors play in recovery. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and helping them move and feel their best, both in and out of the clinic.
