About

Zhuoxuan (Emily) is a Registered Kinesiologist with a Master of Professional Kinesiology from Brock University and a Bachelor of Human Kinetics (Honours Kinesiology – Movement Science) from the University of Windsor. She is also a Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist through the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP-CEP).

Emily's practice includes functional movement screening, functional capacity evaluation, and developing evidence-based exercise rehabilitation for clients recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, or working toward return-to-work goals. She focuses on functional exercise therapy, safe return-to-work planning, and personalized movement strategies that help clients build strength, confidence, and long-term independence.

Emily is committed to helping each client move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
